2.很遺憾通知你，我方無法滿足你方所訴產(chǎn)品的需求，一旦供貨補(bǔ)給，我會樂意轉(zhuǎn)告你方。

3.根據(jù)你方一段時間以前的要求，我們很高興向你做出如下報價，該報價以7天內(nèi)接受為準(zhǔn)。

4.你方訂單我方將當(dāng)即必辦，你可指望我們在你方規(guī)定的時限內(nèi)交貨。

5.根據(jù)合同條款，一旦貨物裝運(yùn)，我們將通過航空寄給你一整套不可議付的單據(jù)。

6.According to our usual practice， insurance is to be effected for 110% of the invoice value.

7.As you have failed to establish the letter of credit in time ，we regret being unable to effect shipment within the stipulated time limit.

9.We are willing to enter into into business relations with you on the basis of equality and mutual benrfit.

10.Please amend the credit as allowing transshipment.
