1. From English into Chinese (5%)
1.折扣是指賣方按照商品的原價給對方一定比率的價格減讓。在市場競爭激烈的情況下,
此法是加強(qiáng)競爭的一種手段。折扣的名目比較繁多,有數(shù)量折扣、季節(jié)性折扣、額外折扣等。
具體折扣數(shù)額或比例的多少應(yīng)根據(jù)情況而定。當(dāng)雙方確定了折扣比率后,可在買賣合同中明確地表示出來。
折扣部分的金額一般是在買方付款時從貨款中扣除。
2. From Chinese into English: (10%)
1)International marketing is important because the world has become globalized.
International marking takes place all around us every day and has a major effect on our lives.
2)There is only a small proportion of service activity in international trade.
Because to some sxtent services are much less tradable than goods.
3)In executing a contract, both sides should abide by the stipulations in the contract.
If one part fails to fulfill all of the obligations, it will bring inconvenience or even loss to anther party.
