1.前途遠大 have the world before one
你們的前途都很遠大,但仍需努力工作
You all have the world before you .But you’ll still need to work hard.
2.好險 a narrow squeak
昨晚好險哪。老板同一個女職員在辦公室里動手動腳的,差點讓他的妻子給撞上了。
The boss had a narrow squeak last night in his office: his spooning with a girl clerk was almost found our by his wife.
3.手氣好 have the Midas touch
王先生的手氣特別好,干什么都掙錢。
Mr. Wang has the Midas touch: everything he does turns to gold.
(此語源自希臘神話。據(jù)說神給一個叫Midas的人一種特殊的力量,任何東西只要被他的手一碰就會變成黃金.后來,Midas touch便用來喻指“有發(fā)財?shù)倪\氣或技能”了)

36.沒那回事 nothing of the sort!
別聽他們胡說八道,根本就沒那回事。
Don’t be fooled by their babbling. Nothing of the sort!
