在招聘幼兒園英語(yǔ)教師時(shí)經(jīng)常問的面試題：
　　你教了幾年書?How long have you been teaching? 
　　I have been teaching for... 
　　有教小學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎?Did you have any experiences teaching in elementary school/primary school? 
　　Yes, I did. or No, I didn’t. 
　　你打算怎么樣給小朋友上課?How are you going to give lessons to little kids? 
　　I think I am going to use all kinds of materials that are availablelike CD player, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in mylessons. I am going to use different teaching meathods to help childrenwith different learning styles. 
　　能否示范一下? Can you demonstrate one lesson? 
　　Sure. If I teach days of the week, I will teach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle little star 的tune) 
　　你覺得教小學(xué)生跟教中學(xué)生有什么不同?What is the difference between teaching elementary school children and the junior high school children? 
　　well, when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/shehas to use lots of songs, games, body language to help student learnEnglish.The forms of each lesson should be different. 
　　Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I canintroduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I canhave more discussions with the children. 
　　如何讓小學(xué)生對(duì)英文感興趣? How are you going to keep the students interested in learning English? 
　　如何將你的課上得有趣? How are you going to keep your lessons interesting? 
　　這兩道題的答案是一樣的,只不過問的形式不一樣. 
　　I will try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned atschool to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs areall good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a wholeclass, group work, pair work or independent work.Whatever works out forthe children I will do it. There is never one way to success.
1 別拿著書本或教案。每人20分鐘左右，有Self-introduction, 有課文講解，有主題發(fā)揮，有回答問題。所以，課文講解也就10分鐘，難道背不過？有的試講人每個(gè)老師都給一份教案，剛開始有個(gè)好印象，但隨后就沒新意了。 
　　2 寫板書時(shí)不要完全把后背轉(zhuǎn)向評(píng)委。師范生可能注意這一點(diǎn)，但非師范畢業(yè)的就要注意了。寫板書時(shí)后轉(zhuǎn)最大限度是身體與黑板成90度，要隨時(shí)和評(píng)委或?qū)W生保持目光接觸。 
　　3 板書要適中。一般而言，試講人的板書易于偏多，最后完全是寫板書，很少說話了。板書占的比例只是10%左右。 
　　4 語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)不要起伏太大。相信大家的發(fā)音沒問題，但語(yǔ)調(diào)就有差別了。有一些人，yeah, ok, hmm, right, am I right 等用的很多，影響了表達(dá)的流利度。 
　　5 不要選擇偏僻的主題。讓評(píng)委感到自己的詞匯量有限不是好事，同時(shí)也因此沒有了衡量你水平高低的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 
　　6 不要說漢語(yǔ)，哪怕一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。 
　　7 板書一遍成，不擦后再寫，更不能出現(xiàn)拼寫錯(cuò)誤。如果要更正，要用板擦，不要用手擦，看起來很亂，很臟。 
　　8 口語(yǔ)要流利，表達(dá)要和邏輯。不要中間停頓，不要經(jīng)常重復(fù)。 
　　9 不耍小聰明。具體例子就不舉了。如果耍了小聰明，被發(fā)現(xiàn)了（一般都會(huì)被發(fā)現(xiàn)），后果就是評(píng)委們一致認(rèn)為你不誠(chéng)實(shí)，而沒有任何人愿意和不誠(chéng)實(shí)的人相處的。 
　　10 年齡大一些的人，要注意：可能有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)了，這是優(yōu)勢(shì)，但是表達(dá)流利度、反應(yīng)能力不如剛畢業(yè)的年輕人，同時(shí)也不太注意衣著了。 
　　11 注意衣著，注意風(fēng)度。衣著要簡(jiǎn)潔，冬季試講時(shí)也不要穿羽絨服；風(fēng)度要優(yōu)雅，至少作到大方。不要太張狂，即使你的水平很高，否則會(huì)讓人想到你不會(huì)安心一直待在這個(gè)單位的。 
　　12 長(zhǎng)相雖是天定，但是在水平相當(dāng)情況下，長(zhǎng)相好的機(jī)會(huì)肯定要多一些。這沒辦法，愛美之心，人皆有之。 
　　大膽自信，衣著簡(jiǎn)潔，舉止大方，口語(yǔ)流利，板書規(guī)范，你肯定會(huì)得高分。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program. In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester, and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.
